Busy Bees Childcare Center - Philadelphia, PA

Registration fee is $75 for the first child and $25 for each additional sibling. The registration fee is non-refundable and is due at the time of enrollment.

Security deposit is equal to one week's tuition and is also due at the time of enrollment. The security deposit is refundable when 2 weeks notice of departure is given and the account is paid on time and up to date.

Weekly tuition is due each Thursday for the following week's care. If payment is not received by this date, a $25 late fee may be assessed. Monthly tuition is due on the first weekday of the month.

Sibling discount. We realize how expensive it can be to have two or more children in care. Therefore, we offer a 10% discount on your family's total fees when you enroll more than one child.

Monthly pre-payment discount. Busy Bees offers a 2.2% discount for parents who pay tuition for the month in advance.

School closing and child absences. Full tuition is due regardless of holidays, absences, or emergency closings.

Please note: The monthly rate is calculated by mutiplying the weekly rate by 4.33 (there is an average of 4 1/3 weeks in a month), then applying the prepayment discount.

Busy Bees' After School Program For Kindergartners, tuition is $100 per week, plus an additional $10 per day that the public schools are closed and Busy Bees is open. For grades 1-6, tuition is $90 per week plus an additional $10 per day that the public schools are closed and Busy Bees is open.

$85 per week for children grades 1-6, $95 per week for Kindergarteners.

Busy Bees is open from 7:30 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday.
