Owner and Staff Biographies

Denise Weiss

Busy Bees Learning Center was founded by Denise Weiss. Denise is the center's Director as well as the lead teacher in our pre-school program. She is responsible for all educational programming and operational aspects of each classroom.

Denise received her diploma from the London Montessori Center while working as a nanny in London, England. She is a Montessori certified teacher with over 20 years of experience in the childcare industry. Prior to founding Busy Bees, she founded and ran the Philadelphia Montessori School. Before founding the Philadelphia Montessori School, she ran childcare centers in London, England and Miami, Florida.

Jordan Weiss

Jordan Weiss, Busy Bees' Assistant Director, is the co-owner of Busy Bees and manages all non-classroom activities.

Jordan earned his Bachelors degree from Northwestern University. He also earned a Juris Doctor degree from University of Pennsylvania's Law School. Prior to joining Busy Bees, he was a Public Defender.
